Hey, I’m Josiah.

I help Christian business owners build what God actually called them to lead—without losing their peace in the process.

I didn’t start as a business coach or strategy guy. I started like most of us: figuring things out the hard way.

First it was marketing. I built an agency and helped over 80 small businesses grow across all kinds of industries.

Then I launched a golf cart rental company in a popular tourist town and within 2 years, we tripled revenue and became the go-to name in town, with plans to expand into two additional markets.

It was booming… until a hurricane wrecked everything.

✝️ Radically Born Again: On July 27th, 2023, my life was forever changed when Jesus came to me in a prayer and showed me a whole new love that I never knew existed. Ever since then I have new eyes, new ears, a new heart, and everything I do is rooted with the simple desire to please God while blessing others (This is the true motivation as to why I'm launching Competitive Edge Consulting).

🦅 MAGA: I’m pretty much as MAGA as they come. Since 2020, I’ve been in the thick of the information war, using my online accounts to generate tens of millions of impressions and contribute to the Great Awakening we’re living through. (Who knows, maybe you’ve even seen one of my posts! ;)

😎 Laid-Back and Results-Driven: I’m a VERY relaxed and informal guy. At the end of the day, I care about one thing: results—both in my personal and professional life. I never understood the whole suits-and-corporate thing, and I’m okay with that.

But even in that loss, God was planting something deeper.
That season taught me how to build back stronger—with clarity, stewardship, and zero fluff.

From SEO to scaling, I’ve seen what works... and what quietly burns people out.

But on July 27th, 2023, everything changed.

Jesus showed up in my kitchen while I was doing the dishes—and I realized I’d built a life that looked successful… but wasn’t actually surrendered.

Since that moment, I’ve been on a mission:

👉 To stop building for applause, and start building in alignment
👉 To walk with people who want to grow… God’s way

My Testimony From July 27th, 2023

I’ll never forget that night. I was standing in my kitchen doing the dishes—ordinary moment, normal day. But God had other plans.

Out of nowhere, I felt something in my spirit say, “Get on your knees.”
So I did.

And right there, on my kitchen floor, Jesus met me.

Not in some vague spiritual way. He showed up. He flooded me with a peace I’d never felt before. A kind of love that cut through every doubt, every fear, every wall I didn’t even know I had.
It wasn’t just emotional—it was real. It was Him.

At the time, I had no idea what was coming.

• This was before the hurricanes hit.

• Before my golf cart business was flipped upside down.

• Before I pivoted into consulting or wrote a book or thought about helping others grow.

But looking back, I know this was God calling me into a new life—a life of servanthood, surrender, and stewardship.

Since that moment, I’ve never been the same.
I don’t chase success the way I used to.
I don’t hustle for applause.
And I don’t make business decisions based on fear or ego.

Now, Jesus leads, and I follow.
And the work I do today is simply my way of helping others build what He’s calling them to lead—with peace, purpose, and eternal impact.
